Is a leading outsourcing and offshore consulting firm providing innovative software services spanning the complete software development cycle with specialty in the semiconductor industry. Our main focus is serving corporate clients that seek professional results for a cost-effective price.

This includes, but is not limited to, software design and development, automated and manual Quality Assurance services and advanced support and data integration services. Our staff is composed of engineering and computer science graduates and have majors in the computer science, computer engineering, IT and electrical engineering fields. We currently have over 100 employees, many with advanced Masters and PhD degrees, and this number is continually growing to better serve our clients.

Experience

ProGineer’s management and senior staff have years of international work experience in world class companies. They are also experienced working with remote customers in different time zones using various languages like English, French, Arabic and Hebrew.

Operation Model

ProGineer has demonstrated success stories of extending its customers’ development and QA teams for long term contracts. We work with the customer teams using the methodology of their choice (scrum/waterfall for example).

Secured Work Environment

ProGineer has secured physical access and monitoring systems on its network and premises. Our IT policy forbids storing any customer IP locally. Our engineers connect through VPN to remote customer servers for their daily tasks and deliverables.

Capacity

ProGineer has demonstrated its potential to grow quickly and maintain quality work. It started with 10 engineers in May 2010 and now employs over 100 engineers.

ProGineer has solid connections with IT departments in local universities and some of its staff members are lecturers. This allows ProGineer to quickly attract top quality talent to add to its growing work force.
